Who can buy from you?+
Businesses only: restaurants, cafés, hotels, spas, shops and corporate buyers. Apply for an account and we review each application, including a check of your VAT number in the EU VIES register. A retail offer for individuals is planned for later.
How do I see prices?+
Prices are available to approved business accounts. Once your account is approved and you are signed in, you see your net wholesale prices on the catalogue and in the order form.
How does ordering work?+
You send an order request with quantities and delivery details. We check stock, confirm the order and email you a secure payment link. We prepare and ship once it is paid, unless we have agreed payment terms with you.
Can I pay by card on the website?+
No. There is no cart or card checkout. We send a payment link or bank details after we confirm your order, and we never store card details. Regular customers can arrange payment terms.
Are there minimum orders?+
Yes. Each product has a case size and a minimum quantity, shown on the catalogue and in the order form. Custom and private-label orders have their own minimums, which we confirm in your quotation.
Can you customise the scent, the container and the label?+
Yes, that is what we do. You can choose from our scent families, ask us to compose a scent for your space, pick the container and finish, and add your own label (private label). Tell us about your space through the contact form.
Do you offer refills?+
Yes. We can collect your empty containers, clean them and return them refilled with your scent, on a schedule that suits your service. Terms and charges are agreed in advance.
How long does an order take?+
Candles are hand-poured to order and cure before dispatch (typically 48 hours). Your confirmation states the expected dispatch date. Custom scents, private-label items and large quantities take longer and we tell you the timing before you pay.
What does delivery cost?+
Courier delivery in Greece is EUR 6.00 per order, excluding VAT, and free from EUR 150.00 net. Pickup from our studio in Ptolemaida is free by appointment. Larger shipments and remote areas may be quoted separately.
Do you deliver outside Greece?+
On request, to other EU countries and some others. Ask for a quotation. Intra-EU sales to businesses with a valid VAT number are zero-rated (reverse charge).
Do you issue invoices and charge VAT?+
Yes. Prices are shown net of VAT and VAT is added at the applicable rate. We issue invoices in line with Greek tax law, including e-invoicing (myDATA).
What if an order arrives damaged or wrong?+
Note visible damage on the courier's document and email support@gesignaturescents.com within 5 working days with photographs. We replace, credit or refund. The returns policy has the full procedure.
What are the candles made of?+
A coconut-soy wax blend with cotton wicks and fragrance oils, hand-poured in small batches in Ptolemaida. No paraffin.
Is it safe to burn candles in my venue?+
Burning candles need attention: never leave them unattended, keep them away from flammable materials and draughts, trim the wick before lighting and use heat-resistant surfaces. You are responsible for checking fire-safety rules and insurance for your premises. Safety guidance comes with every order.
Is there a loyalty programme?+
Yes. Approved accounts earn points on paid orders, shown in your account. Points have no cash value and are reversed if an order is cancelled or refunded.
