1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files a site places on your device. We also use similar browser storage (local and session storage). This policy covers all of them. It sits alongside our privacy policy, and we apply Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as implemented in Greece (Law 3471/2006) and the GDPR.
2. Strictly necessary (always on)
These make the site work and cannot be switched off. They do not require consent.
- Sign-in session (cookies starting with sb-): keeps you signed in to your business account and protects it. Lasts for your session, refreshed while you are active, up to about one week.
- Language preference (NEXT_LOCALE): remembers whether you read the site in Greek or English. Up to one year.
- Cookie choice (ge_cookie_consent, in local storage) and consent identifier (ge_consent_id): remember your answer to the cookie banner and let us prove it. Up to one year.
- Interface state (session storage), for example that you dismissed an announcement. Cleared when you close the browser tab.
- Security and load-balancing signals set by our hosting provider to protect the service.
3. Analytics
We do not currently use any analytics or visitor-tracking tools on this site. If we add one, we will update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
4. Marketing and third-party cookies
We do not currently set advertising or social-media tracking cookies. If we add embedded third-party content (for example maps or videos) that sets cookies, it will load only after you accept all cookies.
5. Your choices
- On your first visit a banner offers two options: "Essential only" (we set only the necessary items) or "Accept all".
- Your choice is stored on your device and logged with a random identifier, the time and your IP address as evidence of consent.
- To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser settings (or ask us to remove your record at hello@gesignaturescents.com); the banner will appear again.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will stop sign-in and ordering from working.
6. How long consent records are kept
We keep the record of your cookie choice for up to three years so we can show it was obtained validly, and then delete it.
